Return policy

We aim to provide quality home and seasonal products at nfistres. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and components. Orders returned without proof of purchase may not be accepted.

Items marked as final sale, clearance products, gift cards, and items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.

 with your order details. Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
